Helen Younan is a qualified Holistic Living Counsellor & Healing Therapist specialising in Massage Therapy and Energy Healing. Helen has been practising in the Healing Industry since 2003. She was attuned to Reiki 1 & 2 in 2004 and became a Reiki Master Practitioner in 2006. She had a special interest in ‘heart’ based counselling and undertook the Diploma in Holistic Living Counselling at the Holistic Training Institute, Melbourne Australia. This self experiential course took her on a powerful journey of self realisation and healing in 2003-2004. Helen further extended her interests in massage and recently set up a private practice in East Dulwich. Helen also offers her therapies at the Natural Family Health Centre ‘Soup dragon’ (Lordship lane, East Dulwich) and Lifes4living charity, raising money to provide the highest level of natural health treatments for terminally ill, disabled children to improve their quality of life. Helen is a member of the Complimentary Therapists Association and of Embody (sister to CTA). Helen’s healing work has also assisted her in the social work field, working with traumatised individuals in the area of Asylum, Substance Misuse, Domestic Violence/Abuse and Homelessness. Helen graduated as a Social Worker in Australia in 2002 and continues to work as a freelancer in London.
